The AAA Four-Diamond luxury hotel occupies eight lush acres South of the Disneyland® Resort, and features a modern design inspired by Anaheim’s historic orange grove roots. Upon entering the porte cohere, guests are greeted by double-trunk king palms that create a canopy overhead and fragrant orange trees, that attract butterflies, planted in pots along the edges as an homage to the county’s history.
The landscape design complements the architecture, immersive and inviting, with formal patterns and the use of rustic materials in a modern adaptation. In the motor court, guests pass over specialty granite cobble paving in an original design with ample lanes for overflow traffic. A custom water feature with bookend pots, waterfall effect, and fire emerges from the center.
The resort is home to Anaheim’s only exclusive rooftop bar, RISE Rooftop Lounge, overlooking Disneyland® Resort and Disney California Adventure® Park. Guests can unwind, enjoy a drink and take in the nightly fireworks. A perfect observation deck, the multi-purpose venue is open year-round and can be closed off for private events, weddings, corporate events, etc. During the day, portable shade structures (with flex furniture) on both sides provide respite from the California sun.
The pool area with spa is an immersive experience. Private cabanas and multiple lounge chairs set among beautiful native landscaping offer relaxation and escape. Just a short walk away, designed as a multi-purpose space, there’s an event lawn for a myriad of options, adjacent to the full-service restaurant and bar patio.
The framework of plant material was selected to have a long lifespan for easier maintenance, while seasonal flowers were added for pops of color. Hand-selected, 10-year-old magnolia trees and 10–15-year-old, 25’ Medjool date palms planted around the property add a sense of permanence and history from opening day. We also incorporated King Palms, standard form Valencia orange trees, tree Aloe, Southern Magnolia, African tulip trees, and camphor trees across the property.

In addition, signature features include fountains with “floating” islands of planting resembling large lily pads amidst stainless steel lotus flowers.
The amazing resort infinity pools include an outdoor heated pool, and dynamic wave area, with spectacular views of the sea and mountainside, where guests can take in take in the tranquil oasis of the lush landscape from their lounge chair or cabana.
