Purl @ Civita wins BIA Awards

This past weekend, our multifamily project Purl in the Civita masterplan won several BIA Awards:

Best Landscape Design
Best Community Amenity (Bldg. A pool)
Best Architectural Design
Best Leasing Team
Best Sales or Leasing Environment

What an honor and congrats to our client/fellow teammates:
Architect: KTGY
Interior Design: Design Tec, Inc.
Developer: Sudberry Properties, Inc.

Civita also won best masterplanned community.

The masterplan was previously honored with best amenity feature for the Civita Rec Center; Best Landscape Design- Multifamily, and Community of the Year for West Park; and Best Multifamily Landscape Design for Circa37.

 

Congratulations to all involved in making these communities so well loved!
